Leap Year

Esta foto la tome hace algunos días, así son los atardeceres en New York por esta época del año y hace poco mas de una semana que estoy aquí con mi hermana y mi sobrino, visitando a mi prima, su esposo y mi sobrinito.

I took this picture a couple of days ago, so are the sunsets in New York by this time of the year. I've been here for like a week with my sister and my nephew, visiting my cousin, her husband and my nephew.

Pero...Feliz 29 de febrero. Este es un año bisiesto y solo repetiremos esta fecha en 2016.
Me gustaría conocer personas que nacieron un 29 de febrero, deben de celebrar cumpleaños confusos y divertidos.
Hoy el clima no esta muy bonito. 40 °F  y con un poco de lluvia. Por lo que no hemos salido a pasear, yo me he dedicado a armar rompecabezas con mi sobrino, preparar pancakes y waffles con blueberries y raspberries, escuchar música como esta.

But... Happy february 29th. This is a leap year and we will only repeat this date in 2016. I'd love to meet someone who was born february 29th, this peaople must celebrate confused and funny birthdays. Today the weather is not great at all, 40 °F and a little rainy. Reason why we haven't left to take a walk so I've been playing with my nephew and his puzzles, I've made pancakes and waffles with blueberries and raspberries, and I've been listening to music, like this:

Things you would love to do when it's raining

Me encanta estar en Cajamarca, pero toda mi vida la he pasado en Lima y allá no llueve mucho. El clima aquí es soleado pero a veces empieza a llover muy fuerte, si estas en la calle caminando siempre debes llevar un paraguas porque no sabes en que momento empezara a llover (yo en particular nunca llevo uno porque me encanta mojarme bajo la lluvia). Sin embargo, esta semana he estado cuidando a mis sobrinos y nos es una posibilidad salir a pasear mientras llueve, por lo que he pensado en diferentes maneras de emplear mi tiempo mientras está lloviendo. Muchos de ustedes deben de vivir en lugares lluviosos. Espero estas ideas les gusten, cuando sabes cómo comportarte con el clima lluvioso, entonces empiezas a amar la lluvia.

I love being in Cajamarca, but I grew up in Lima and there does not rain much. During the last week the sun came out here, but then in the evening starts to rain heavily. From what I've thought about different ways to spend my time while it is raining. Many of you must live in rainy places. I hope you like these ideas, when you know how to behave with therainy weather, you start to love the rain.
